The Art of Education University (AOEU) is seeking an eager and detailed-oriented Office and Fulfillment Coordinator to join our rapidly expanding team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about helping others, has an eye for details, maintaining a high level of professionalism, is service-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This is a part-time, hourly position that is expected to work 15-20 hours per week plus additional hours during certain times /projects and based in Osage, IA.

The Details | Office and Fulfillment Coordinator |
★ Organizes, sorts and distributes incoming mail, packages, and correspondences to the office
★ Monitors inventory and places orders for office supplies
★ Coordinate hotel bookings and provide local recommendations for visitors
★ Oversee small repairs (replacing bulbs, filters, cosmetic touch-ups,
★ Act as point of contact for printer and phone service and support
★ Act as point of contact for cleaning services, culligan, and any other delivery services
★ Manage partnership with local fitness center and manage punch cards
★ Answers company phone calls.
★ Processes incoming official transcripts
★ Act as point of contact for any DEAC protocols relating to the office
★ Collaboratively works with the Team and Culture Manager on a variety of office-related projects or tasks
★ Works collaboratively with the Team & Culture team in planning and executing the annual Team Retreat
★ Order lunch or snacks for any on-site team meetings
★ Develop relationships with outside vendors and account reps and
maintain contracts as needed
★ Ensure office kitchenette is stocked with snacks and beverages for onsite team members and visitors.
★ Process outgoing mail and shipments.
★ Other duties and projects as assigned.
★ Manage inventory and supplies for shipping including speciality boxes, custom aprons, business cards, coins, cards, stationary, diploma mailers, etc.
★ Oversee engraving / customization of coins and other awards
★ Oversee catalog, apron, and Masters Degree box fulfillment
★ Print collateral, assets, and assemble folders for customer facing teams as requested
★ Partner with Team & Culture on employee gift ordering and mailing
★ Manages the logistics and coordination with volunteer groups for packing 2,000 SWAG boxes twice per year for the NOW Conference.
★ Partner with shipping vendors, such as UPS for scheduling large order pickups.
★ Manage and support shipment of NAEA booth and materials
★ Work with shipping companies and truck drivers to coordinate shipping requirements, delivery times, and directions.
★ Manage AOEU’s Lands End storefront
★ Act as point of contact for all inventory at the Fulfillment Center.
★ Receive any shipments of swag or inventory
★ Work with Department Heads on preparing for events
★ Establish an annual calendar to understand upcoming needs
★ Oversee and manage all fulfillment projects including Team Retreat,
NOW Conferences, company milestones, and others that may arise.
★ Other duties and projects as assigned.

The duties of this position are typical of those performed in a home office setting with normal ranges of temperature. The majority of tasks will be performed while sitting at a desk.

Compensation and Benefits
Structured as a part time hourly position. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Payroll is issued on a semi-monthly basis paid on the 15th and last day of each month.
