REMOTE PT Compliance Specialist | The Profession
Do you love asking hard questions, researching to find answers, and sharing your findings with others in an easy to understand way? Are you experienced in K-12 education with an understanding of teacher licensure?
The Art of Education University (AOEU) is seeking a remote part-time Compliance Specialist to work closely with the Director of Compliance and Education Policy. The Compliance Specialist is responsible for researching, interpreting, and analyzing areas of compliance where further information is needed. Specifically, the Compliance Specialist will research K-12 teacher licensure, state requirements, curriculum adoption, accreditation, and other areas as required.

POSITION DETAILS
Structured as a part-time, hourly position, non-exempt position, this individual will report directly to Amber Kane, Director of Compliance and Education Policy. Compensation is commensurate with education and experience. Payroll is remitted on the 15th on the 15th of the month.
Timeline
THE PROCESS
Individuals interested in applying for the position of Compliance Specialists need to complete the application form linked below. As part of the application process, all applicants are required to submit a short 1-3 minute video explaining a little about themselves and why they believe they are uniquely qualified for the position. Failure to submit a video will automatically eliminate applicants from the application process.
Candidates progressing to Round 2 will be required to complete a packet for review before participating in a scheduled interview.
Finalists will participate in an interview with the Director of Compliance and Education Policy.
All applicants and candidates will be notified of the status of their application for the position.
